In a city where so much os the going-out experience is activated by who you know, a stay here offers visitors (especially solo travelers) the opportunity to connect with other guests at the communal breakfast, or, even better, with the extended family that owns and operates the property. Each room is named for a different member of the family. We particularly liked The Santiago. Although it’s one of the smaller rooms, at 300 square feet, it feels reminiscent of Palm Springs with its white-painted brick and yellow accents.”
